01 General Terms & Acceptance

Bdv99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bdv99 and its users.

By registering with, creating an account on, or using bdv99 in any way, you agree to these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bdv99, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. We verify every registration and reserve the right to immediately close any account that does not meet these criteria.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• If online gaming is prohibited under the laws of your place of residence, you may not use bdv99.

03 Account Verification (KYC)

Bdv99 follows a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We may conduct identity verification at any time to ensure security and prevent fraud. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed.

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (within the last 3 months).
• Confirmation of Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket account for payment method verification.
• A selfie or video verification may be required if needed.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bdv99 are handled securely and transparently. To best serve our users in Bangladesh, we support Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 50.
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 50,000 per transaction; BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 200.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 1–3 hours. Without KYC verification, it may take 24–72 hours.
• Transactions may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits and withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bdv99 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction pending investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdv99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that must be followed. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering of 15x to 30x. Specific conditions will be stated on the bonus page.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bdv99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Winnings from free spins may be withdrawn up to a maximum of BDT 500 (where applicable).

06 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on bdv99 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is completely unbiased and cannot be influenced by any party.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed in the game's information section.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be determined based on server records.
• The dealer's decision and server records in Live Casino games are final.
• In Sports Betting, bet outcomes are settled after the official result is announced.

07 Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

Bdv99 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below constitutes a direct violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

• Cheating, match-fixing, or gaining unfair advantages through dishonest means.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Threatening or harassing the platform or other users.

• Delays caused by server issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or a security breach on their part.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

11 Service Termination & Account Closure

You may request to close your bdv99 account at any time through customer support. Please ensure all pending withdrawal requests are completed before closing your account.

• After submitting an account closure request, you will have 72 hours to withdraw your remaining balance.
• Bdv99 reserves the right to close any account without notice for violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• Once an account is closed, all bonuses and earned rewards will be forfeited.
• Data from closed accounts may be retained for up to 5 years for legal purposes.
